希臘國會今天就日前提交給歐元集團的新財政改革方案進行審議表決，希臘總理「齊普拉斯」在國會演說，坦承他的政府為交換第三波紓困金而提出的改革案相當嚴厲，其中包括多項措施是偏離當初的競選承諾，但他堅稱，這是希臘走出金融危機的最好機會。

希臘在歐元集團設定的最後期限前，提交了新的改革方案，隨後希臘國會從昨夜開始進行審議，希臘總理「齊普拉斯」在國會發表演說，積極爭取議員的支持，其中也包括執政黨內反對他的議員，「齊普拉斯」承認他的政府在過去六個月的執政中，犯了一些錯誤，他還形容他與債權人的談判有如打仗一般。他說明他的政黨不得不妥協，採取一些違反初衷的措施；他大力遊說，爭取支持，並希望國會授權財長依據新的改革方案，在週末時與債權人談判。

這項新的財政改革案包括增稅及修改退休金制度，這也是月初在希臘公投中，遭民眾反對的部分。

希臘銀行目前仍暫停營業，國家經濟處於瓦解邊緣，希臘迫切需要外來資金紓困；希臘國會週末表決是否支持新改革案。

而歐洲多國領袖對於希臘所提的新方案，正反意見不一；法國與義大利樂見其成，而德國警告，沒什麼妥協的空間。

歐元區領袖也將在(歐洲時間)週日下午開會，討論是否再次伸出援手救助希臘。
